Our Mission is to significantly improve the well-being of vulnerable young people and the elderly we care for, and we take it seriously. New Support Care (NSC) support people of all age in making choices that promote independence, integration, and personal satisfaction. We provide direct support through home and community based services within Wiltshire, Dorset, and Hampshire.
Our Services support people with complex medical needs, mental health needs, and physical and developmental health challenges.

Our specialised New Support Mentor can assist you with CV writing, interview skills and job searching techniques. We can also provide career advice, counselling and guidance to help find jobs that are suitable for you.
